[Notification] It is not able to record on the WhoWho call.
A
For devices that don't support the function of recording the calls of WhoWho, you even cannot use that function of smartphone when setting WhoWho as a basic phone call.
Therefore, if you want to use the call recording function of the smartphone, although it would be unconvenience please change the basic call not as the WhoWho and try using again.
※ How to cancel the WhoWho as a default phone setting and set up the notification as Pop-up
- Run the WhoWho app> See more (the button at the top left)> Phone notifications > Set ""WhoWho Notification"" from OFF to ON
For other devices that can't cancel this setting at WhoWho app, please refer to ""I want to change the WhoWho default phone setting"" on FAQ.

[Notification] Is there any way to receive a call like a normal call?(basic call)

For now, the Samsung devices are only able to answer calls using the home button when using it as a basic phone.
If you are using WhoWho as a default phone call, receiving the call with the home button may not be supported.
(Some Samsung models may not.)
Please understand that it is difficult to apply immediately because it is affected by the different feature of devices. If you are uot useful, release the basic phone call.

[Notification] It's not able to use video call (basic calll)

Currently, Samsung/some devices of LG, Android OS 7.0(Nougat) Ver or higher is only supported the WhoWho basic call with video calls (Update the latest version)
※ Samsung supported smartphone devices
※ LG supported smartphone devices
If you use the WhoWho as a basic phone call on the other smartphones, it is not supported the video call for the smartphone manufacture policy.
If you want to use a video call, please release the WhoWho from a basic call and use it as a notification function.
<How to cancel setting of the Whowho basic phone call>
1. Samsung/LG models the ones are not supported
Run the WhoWho app> See more (
(button at the top left) > Call notifications > Set ""Show on the WhoWho notification"" from OFF to ON
2. Other models
Smartphone settings> App settings> Default app> Change the phone app, not WhoWho app but 'Contacts' or 'Address Book'.

The way to cancel the setting of the WhoWho basic phone call (full screen) is that
Run the WhoWho app> See more (the button at the top left) > Call notification> Change ""Show in the WhoWho Notification"" from OFF to ON.
※ If the devices can't be canceled in the app, please change it on the ""Smartphone Settings"" as below.
Please be aware that the ways may be slightly different according to each smartphone device.

[Notification] It doesn't work the WhoWho notification unexpectedly.

It has been confirmed the WhoWho application does not run properly for the ""Battery Optimization Function"" of smartphones
It can happen if the smartphone includes ""the function of app power-saving"" or ""Battery optimization function"" in the settings of the smartphone.
You may follow the smartphone setting as below.
(It was mainly focused on Samsung's device which is mostly found this phenomenon.)
1. Settings the basic function of smartphone device > Battery > App power-saving > Details > Tap the WhoWho app > Change the ""Auto power-saving"" to ""No power-saving""
2. Try to run the WhoWho app once again !!
3. For people using the Android Marshmallow (6.0.X) or higher, please check the following details before using them.
① Smartphone Settings > Application Management > Application Manager
-'See more' (on the top right) > The app is showing on the other apps > Allow the WhoWho
-Click the WhoWho app among the list > Go to ""Authority"" and tap 'Use all of the authority'
② Run the WhoWho app > See more (button at the top left) > General settings > Setting the ""Exclude Battery Optimization""
※ The same phenomenon may occur even if the applications regarding the function of the battery and the optimization were installed before, so please exclude the WhoWho on these apps.

[Notification] The WhoWho notification shown up but the message was deleted.

Unless the phone number is not blocked by the WhoWho app, the WhoWho message notification shows that.
Therefore, although the WhoWho message notification runs if it shows no message, the message was blocked by another route. So you may find the smartphone spam message box or another route or other apps you installed.

[Notification] It's uncomfortable the notification shows up when the call ends.

Run the WhoWho app > See more(the top-left button) > Call notification > Showing on the Whowho notification > Run the call notification > At the ""Finishing phone call"", a user may set up notification screen according to the user's condition
If you want the notification screen not pops up, ""At the ending of a phone call"", you can set and change the ""For missed calls"" to ""Unknown phone numbers"".

[Notification] Where can I set up the notification?

Users can set up each phone call and text notification.
1. Phone call notification settings
Run the app > See more (top left button)> Phone Call Notification > you may tap the display in the notification, you can set it up according to your situation.
* The setting of phone call notification can be changed
: Number of incoming/outgoing calls, at the end of a call, when having missed calls, running time of being turned incoming call window on, placing the incoming call window
2. How to set up the notification of the text message
Run the WhoWho app > See more (button at the top-left) > can set Text Notification and activation of the notification and time.

: Activating text notification, an activation time of text notification, displaying of text content, URL text smishing detection,

[Notification] Can I change where I place the notification screen?

When making and receiving calls, the notification windows also activating are available to be moved to up and down and anywhere the user wants and place at the last place.
The placements of the ""Notification of text messages window"" and ""Notifications for ending of a call and missed calls come up"" are possible to be moved but the last placing is not kept.
Also, users can change at ""the placement of incoming phone calls"" as well.

This is the way to check the WhoWho memo below.
1. How to see the memo on the recent history on the WhoWho
Click recently notes > check on ""Note memo"" (If you see a map, you can click a magnifier and use menus)
2. How to check memos on the WhoWho contacts and click the number of memos> Check on ""Note Memo""
3. How to check the all of memos noted
Run the WhoWho app > See more (button at the left top) > My WhoWho(click the email account at the top) > More information > check on ""List of the noted memo""
